During the month of October, we’re celebrating all things running! We launched our first-ever running challenge on the app. Are you ready to join the fun?
Welcome to #RUNtober! As a Fit Fam, we decided to celebrate all things running this month and we’d love for you to join in the fun!
In this program, you will find twelve workouts from twelve DIFFERENT Fit Radio coaches! They will guide you through 3 running workouts per week, all under 35 mins. Expect to be either on the treadmill, outdoors, or a mixture of running and bodyweight work that we call Cardio+. The weeks are progressive in nature and will end with three, high intensity sessions – yowza!
To follow along with other participants, we would ideally like you to be completing the workouts in order on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but we understand everyone’s schedules are different. As long as you get them all in each week, we’re happy!
