As summer has unexpectedly approached Atlanta (yes, I said summer; It is almost 90 degrees outside!), there has been a lot of talk about Fad Diets in the grocery stores, nightclubs, streets of Atlanta, and even inside the FIT Radio office. I, for one, have never been a fan of fads, especially when it comes to my eating habits. However, for some reason, they are always such a hot topic of conversation. I’ve been planning on taking my friend Desiree’s Dance/Group Exercise class this week, and while I was looking for the link I found her blog. She has some amazing tips on there, and the one post that really caught my eye was called Fad About You. It’s all about the different types of Fad Diets and her educated opinion on all of them. I would suggest checking it out before buying into one of these “Fads” in an effort to quickly slim down for the sudden (very welcomed) heat flash.
