Not seeing your premium account? No Problem!
I purchased on Apple
If you are on an Apple device and you purchased using an Apple In App Subscription (billing by apple) please follow these steps:
- From your iPhone, open the FIT Radio app
- Select the settings button
- Select the “upgrade to premium” button
- Select “Already a Premium Member?”
- Enter in your itunes email and password (not your FIT Radio login)
This will verify your subscription with apple and upgrade your account with FIT Radio. If this does not work and your account is still set to Free, please forward a copy of the email receipt you received from apple showing the order number to [email protected] so we can take a look.
I purchased on the fitradio.com website using Amazon Payments.
This is usually caused when the purchase was made on the website but the steps to redeem it to an account were not completed.
- Sign out of the mobile app and sign back in to refresh your account data.
If your account still isn’t reflecting the premium account proceed with the following. - Please visit http://www.fitradio.com/index/affiliatepurchase/order/amazon_transaction_id,
- Sign into your Fit radio account
- Enter your Transaction ID beginning with P01- found in the amazon confirmation email to attach the purchase to your account.
- Sign out of the mobile app and sign back in to refresh your account data.
